How It Works
STEP 1
Place your order online www.niuvisions.com
Choose your prescription type, materials and additional upgrades.
STEP 2
Upload your prescription or enter your Rx manually.
STEP 3
Ship your glasses to us.
You’ll receive a prepaid super secure box from us.
When it arrives, put your glasses inside and send it back away.
STEP 4
We’ll make your new lenses in the Optical laboratories, we custom trace, cut, and treat your new lenses, and carefully insert them into your frames.
STEP 5
We ship back your glasses to your home or office address.
Most orders take 7-14 business day from the time we get them in our laboratories. Our lab professionals replace your lenses and perform quality inspection before your lenses are shipped right back to your door.

How to Send Your Prescription Using E-mail or Picture Message
If you have a copy of your prescription you can e-mail us your prescription, send it via picture message or simple send it by our upload tool.
To send via E-mail:
- Scan a copy of your prescription
- Send it to us via e-mail at info@niuvisions.com
- Make sure your e-mail follows the below guidelines:
- We accept only the following file formats: .jpg, .pdf
- Please include your order number in the subject line or body of your e-mail message so that we can easily associate your order with your prescription verification.
To send via Picture Message:
- In good lighting, lay your prescription on a flat surface.
- Use your phone to take a picture of the entire prescription.
- Include your order number in the text or subject line.
- Text/Send the picture to
- Your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.
To send via Upload tool
- In good lighting, lay your prescription on a flat surface.
- Use your phone to take a picture of the entire prescription.
- Include your order number in the text or subject line.
- Go to Checkout page and upload your Prescription using the CHOOSE FILE button.
