Simple select your lenses and give us your prescription, and once you place an order we then send you a box with a prepaid shipping label place, your frames in the box and drop them in the mail to our office. We will custom make new lenses, fit them back into your frames, and send them back to you.

90 day scratch and coating damage warranty from date received. If you lose the first box, we send you (the box you are supposed to put your frames in and send back) and you request a new one, there will be a $10 fee (this fee covers shipping and materials).

If you going to use your own frame, If your frames arrived damaged or brittle, (very old, worn out) it may risk of breaking or getting   damage during the lens replacement process and your frame to be at risk. Customer service will reach out and ask for your permission to proceed. If you choose to proceed with your order and your frame get damaged or break during the lens replacement process, Niuvisions is not liable for any damage caused to at risk frames. If you decide to cancel your order, we will return your frames to you and refund your lens purchase, minus a $15 shipping fee.

New prescription lenses start at $95.00, it includes anti-glare, anti- scratched and UV filter.

Unfortunately an order cannot be change after it has been processed .The  order is sent off to the laboratories as is and cannot be adjusted.

Place make sure the prescription you send us is correct and up to date. We make your lenses based on that information. We are unable to re-make lenses based on incorrect or out dated prescription provided to us.

Unfortunately, no. Due to way basic color tint and transitions are applied, they cannot be applied to the same lens and you must choose one or the other.

PD is the distance between pupils. This may be provided as two individual PD numbers, or one combined PD. The PD ensures the focal point of the lenses line up with your pupils for the best possible fit.

CONTACT LENSES FAQ

Not, to worry.  We can contact your eye doctor provider and get a copy for you.

A contact lens prescription is made up of specific data which we require to fill your order. All of this information is available on the packaging of the contact lenses you are currently wearing or from your optometrist or optician. Be sure it contains all necessary information, including expiration date, and is signed by your eye care professional.

Yes, you can purchase contact lenses at the same time as new Everyday Eyewear prescription glasses, or purchase new lenses for frames you already own using.

Yes. All contact lens purchases in the United States require a valid contact lens prescription. When placing an order, you may submit a valid prescription written by your doctor via photo upload or provide us with the parameters directly and we will validate the entry with your Optometrist via email info@niuvisions.com and annex your order number, name and last name and your phone number.

All contact lenses prescriptions include an expiration date, typically one year after the prescription is issued. Look at your prescription to find the expiration date or contact your optometrist’s office to request a copy or schedule a new exam.

No, a glasses prescription does not include the same information as a contact lens prescription and cannot be used to purchase contact lens.
