Return & Cancellation Policy

• All lens orders are verified with your eye care provider’s office prior to shipment to ensure your visual needs are satisfied.
• Niuvisions guarantees all of the lenses are first quality, factory fresh, and manufacturer sealed. You will receive the exact lenses your doctor prescribed.
• Our return policy can help to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

• Internet Orders can be cancelled online within 1 hour of placing your order at no charge to the customer.

Return Terms and Conditions

• Only manufacturing defects can be returned. Niuvisions is not responsible for torn, abused lenses or changes in doctor’s prescription due to eye sight changes or fit of the glasses to your face.
• Lenses/Boxes must be unmarked. (No writing, labels, or stickers)
• The product must be in good condition for resale or credit will not be issued.
• Defective lenses returned within 15 days of invoice date will receive 100% merchandise exchange.
• Credit will be issued when product is received in good condition.
• Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Procedure to Niuvisions

In order for us to properly process your return, we kindly ask our customers to complete the following steps.
1. Order replacement lens with Niuvisions.
2. State the reason for the return in the area provided on the invoice.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return shipment.
4. Package your product in a box to avoid damage.
5. Address your return to the address listed on your invoice.
6. Please ship your return via a trackable shipping method and be sure to obtain a copy of your tracking number.
7. Credit will be issued when product is received.
8. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Packaging

• Product must be returned in a box to avoid damage.
• Products received in envelopes will not receive credit.
• Products received with improper packaging will be returned to the customer and shipping charges will be incurred.

Product purchased under free shipping promotion

• Please note returning products shipped under a free shipping promotion, will result in charge back of the free shipping.

Recommended Return shipping method

• Please ship your return via a trackable shipping method and be sure to obtain a copy of your tracking number.
• The following couriers use trackable ship methods: UPS, Certified Mail, FedEx, or DHL.
• Niuvisions is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

General Warranty

We warranty glasses against manufacturer’s defects to the original owner for the time period specified below for frames and lenses. We will either replace or repair your glasses at our sole discretion. Please also refer to the notes below to determine what constitutes a warranty claim.
Notes:
• The warranty program does not include normal wear and tear, lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed by your pet, or any other damage that is caused by normal use. We have the sole discretion to decide what constitutes a manufacturer’s defect and what constitutes normal wear and tear.
• A $15.00 processing fee per claim is assessed to each warranty claim. This is payable by credit card only. Claims can be made to customer service info@niuvisions.com. Please include your name, address, email, phone, reason for the claim and proof of purchasing.
• Claims under the warranty can only be with original invoice.
• This warranty also does not cover scratched lenses due to accident or mishandling. Replacement lenses can be purchased online.
• This warranty applies to the original purchaser, and is for US residents only, and is non-transferrable.
• If you make a claim on a model that is no longer available, we reserve the right to send you a replacement piece of similar style and fit.

Warranty on Frames

• We warranty the frames of glasses against manufacturer’s defects to the original owner for 1 year as long as customer can show that frames were properly being used according to recommended guidelines:
o The proper hygiene was followed in accordance with the use of the frames.
o The proper detergents were used in cleaning the frames.
o The frames were not stored at high temperatures or confined spaces with little ventilation.
o The frames were not in contact with any chemicals, like paint solvents, corrosives, or abrasives.
o The frames were not mishandled, bumped, dented, dropped, bent, or strentched.
o The frames were not subject to heavy weights or pressure on them.
o The frames were handled and placed on face with two hands instead of one, to avoid more wear and tear to one side over the other.
o The frames were properly stored in their case when not in use.

Warranty on Lens

The customer will have the following time period to make claims as follows, as specified in prescription warranty below*:
• 30 days to make claim for problem with prescription
• 90 days to make a claim for antireflective coating
• 90 days to make a claim for pre-mature scratched lenses due to normal wear and tear, to be evaluated at the sole discretion of Niuvisions.

Prescription Warranty*

We warranty prescription lenses against manufacturer’s defects. This warranty does not include normal wear & tear, lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, crushed, damage caused by pets, or any other damage that is caused by use or abuse. The prescription warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions in the general warranty stated above. Any defect or warranty claim after 30 days of purchase is not covered for prescription lenses.
Prescription lenses are guaranteed to be correct to your optometrist’s written specifications. However, we are not responsible for miswritten prescriptions. In the event your new prescription changes within 30 days of your eye examination, we will replace your lenses (with the same style and frames) at 50% of the cost of the new lenses. Likewise, if the customer is prescribed progressive lenses, for which the customer cannot adapt, within 30 days, Niuvisions will replace the lenses with a non-progressive lens to the same frame.
To make a warranty claim, please:
1. Enclose the entire glasses (frame and lenses), with the hard case, cleaning bag, or box.
2. Enclose dated proof of purchase
